Eric Picart
Eric Picart is a full-time trainer, consultant, and mid-manager coach whose expertise is in people systems and leadership development.
His career, combining twenty years of corporate and consulting experience in the field of human resource and leadership development, started when he joined the training group of a leading global food manufacturing company. After some years, he moved up to join a major financial institution, and was involved in talent pool management through corporate-wide selection, training, and career planning. Significantly, in both companies, he gained relevant exposure in post-merger strategies.
Through his own company, H.R. Latitude Inc., Eric has been actively consulting since 2001 across a variety of industries (i.e., financial, manufacturing, BPO, retail, pharmaceutical, government). His projects involve organizational diagnosis, high performance work systems, talent development, and career planning. He was also part of the management team that operates a group of companies in the retail industry. During his seven-year stint, he was instrumental in redesigning work processes, crafting and executing HR services, and developing learning solutions to build organizational talent and identify a succession pool.
As a business owner in the food and cosmetic health industries, Eric draws from his direct and diverse experience to complement his insights and solutions on issues around people and strategy.
Eric is a full-time trainer, consultant, and mid-manager coach whose expertise is in people systems and leadership development. He offers his own lineup of training programs, such as Motivation Essentials: Engaging Contribution, and does customization work for select clients. He also helps organizations strengthen their internal training capability through Train the Trainer programs.
Eric actively serves as a Youth Worker in a Catholic community, and in retreats in his high school alma mater.
