With over 20+ years of experience in Management, Education, and Training roles, Robie specializes in behavior change, team-building, counseling, and leadership development across a wide range of industries.

Robie has worked with clients from various industries including Finance, Agriculture, Government, BPO, Education, and IT among others. This, as well as his experience working in organizations such as IBM, Organic Intelligence Consulting Inc., Xavier High School, University of Asia and the Pacific, and Enderun Colleges, has helped him develop a multifaceted skill set that enables him to adeptly navigate the unique challenges and dynamics of various sectors, providing invaluable insights and strategies for organizational success.

Robie finds fulfillment in educating others to enhance their lives and unleash potential. Whether through workshops, coaching, or counseling, he is passionate about making learning as practical and actionable as possible for sustainable growth and success.

Outside of work, Robie spends his time as a family man with his wife, Karen Li, and their three children: Ysabela, Alessandra, and Keenan. Moreover, Robie is also passionate in the craft of theater, acting, and singing, winning an award for the Best Lead Actor in a Musical in the 2014 Gawad Buhay awards.
