Anna Maria Roqueza

Anna’s 34-year career in the IT and services industry has made her an experienced human resource and learning practitioner. She is an executive coach and enjoys working and enabling individuals to achieve happy and productive lives at home and in the workplace.

Anna was the IBM Country HR Manager, managing the Consolidated IBM Companies in the Philippines. It was at this time that IBM’s headcount in the country tripled in a span of one year. After the work she did for the local business, she moved on to be the Learning Leader for the Growth Markets. She led a Global Team across Asia Pacific, Australia, Greater China Group, Korea, Middle East, Africa, Latin America, and Eastern Europe.

Anna is passionate about enabling individuals reach the peak of their productivity. She believes in providing education and learning opportunities to achieving this. Even after retiring from a fulfilling career in IBM, Anna has continued to pursue this passion.

Anna is married to Washington Roqueza and has two children: Bea and Jovie. She enjoys baking, cooking, swimming, reading, and watching movies. Anna is also active in Rotary and IBM Outreach Programs.
