Cherie has over 25 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, and People Training & Development. She specializes in coaching leaders and managers in developing and motivating themselves and their team in order for the organization to grow and achieve its goals.
Cherie has vast experience in building the capability of sales teams and developing processes and tools to enhance their effectiveness and increase their productivity. Her expertise is in assessing and analyzing training needs, designing, developing, executing, and evaluating training curriculum for sales managers and their sales representatives to strengthen their competencies. She worked with and for sales teams in different consumer and pharmaceutical multi- national companies in the Asia Pacific Region, Dominican Republic, and Panama.
Cherie aims to be an inspiration to others, touching their lives in a positive way by helping people understand the 7 Habits and the principles of effectiveness.
Cherie is also a registered nutritionist-dietitian. Her hobbies include traveling and exploring new hotels and restaurants.
