Anjo offers two decades of expertise and experience in the banking, semiconductor, and FMCG industries. His passion in talent development stems from a fulfilling mission of being an agent of growth and bringing a positive change to individuals.

Anjo’s career began as a management trainee of BASF-Finlay in Sri Lanka. He returned to the Philippines to join Unilever as a Trade Marketing Manager and eventually became the Total Quality and World Class Excellence Manager. Facilitating foundational courses to regional managers of Unilever provided him with cultural savvy and exposure to multi-cultural leadership practices. Later on, Anjo’s roles in Analog Devices, SM Supermalls, and ANZ Global Services allowed him to stretch his wings further, offering personal effectiveness and leadership programs to colleagues in Asia, Australia, the US, and the UK, to name a few.

He is a full-blooded UP Maroon—from elementary in UPIS to his master’s degree in Technology Management. Anjo brainstorms, designs, and develops training programs appropriate to the needs of his customers. He also facilitates various skills courses on business communication, effective coaching, personality development, work attitudes and values, team engagement, growth mindset, and customer service. He draws energy from the creative minds of his participants and channels it through his engaging, active, and insightful ways of conducting the courses.

Anjo is married to Orange. The couple enjoys quiet moments at their and actively connects with sea life through their passion for scuba diving. Too bad their three aspin dogs can’t join them underwater, yet!
