Genevieve Gino-Gino

Gene is a cross-industry professional with key skills in leadership development, learning facilitation, management, consultancy, customer service, design, content development, and coaching.

Gene was a former learning consultant, designer and developer, facilitator, and project manager for IBM for over 10 years, creating and designing leadership and employee engaging solutions deployed in different countries and time zones.

With over 20 years of experience in facilitating learning, Gene has a high-level of competence in facilitating remote learning using various platforms and is adaptable in learning and applying the latest tools in technology. She designs and deploys engaging learning experiences in the hopes of facilitating meaningful change and aims to leave participants with learnings which they actually find useful in life, and not just something to tick a box with.

Gene is married to Glenn Gino-Gino, lives with her supermom, and together they have an adorable black Labrador Retriever and two grumpy lovebirds.
