Menchie has over 35 years of experience in Sales, as well as training and consulting. She is a Consultant and Implementation Specialist in FranklinCovey Philippines.

As an Independent Consultant, Menchie specializes in the development of Leadership and Personal Effectiveness skills. She also helps sales teams develop Consultative and Value- Selling skills. Menchie’s experience in high-level selling helps her put together concepts and frameworks into practical application in the field, having been a salesperson herself for more than 35 years.

Menchie was previously the Sales Director for Center for Leadership and Change (CLCI), the Philippine partner of FranklinCovey. She helped grow the business for FranklinCovey solutions in the Philippines.

She also worked for John Clements Consultants Inc. (JCCI), handling the business of Total Quality Management (TQM) System Division. She helped develop the strategies for its market entry in Manila, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and Hong Kong and had been exposed in developing TQM systems in companies in various locations. She had been a speaker and a member of a panel of judges evaluating TQM circles in the manufacturing industry.

Having been in client-facing roles all her working years, Menchie was able to gain a wider perspective of organizational needs, both in performance and people development.

Menchie continuous to facilitate workshops in Leadership, Personal Effectiveness, and Consultative Sales.

She has worked closely with top and middle management in the Oiland Gas, Banking, BPO, Retail,  Government, and Manufacturing industries. Her passion is in Education and Family. Menchie believes in the cycle of endless refinement and continuous improvement and that our habits are the compound interest of self-improvement. Outside her professional work she is part of Educhild, a group that teaches parenting skills to young parents. She also formed Soul Food Saturdays, a group that teaches Catechism on weekends to the poorest of the poor living along the railroads of Muntinlupa.

Menchie is a communications specialist, and a very experienced and passionate presenter. She is married to Derick and together they have five children.
