This as well as his experience working in organizations such as eTelecare, Pioneer Insurance, and Jetty International, has helped him develop a multifaceted skill set that enables him to adeptly navigate the unique challenges and dynamics of various sectors, providing invaluable insights and strategies for organizational success.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Paul finds joy in spending time with his wife, Dr. Leah Bautista and their son, Joaquin. He also enjoys engaging in traditional Asian board games like Xiangqi and Go, finding relaxation and inspiration in their strategic challenges.
